DELIVERY & SHIPPING

You will receive an Order Confirmation email. After your payment is approved and your order is processed, you will receive an Order Shipped email.

We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days. Delivery timeframes (such as Royal Mail 24 or 48 hours) apply from the time of dispatch.

Email info@sessionkit.com as soon as possible with “URGENT AMENDMENT” in the subject. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.

UK orders are usually sent with Royal Mail 24 or 48.

International orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail International. Heavier orders are sent by courier.

Yes, international customers are responsible for all customs and import fees.

For the USA, Evri will contact you to pay required duties, including the 10% tariff (“Trump Tax”). If unpaid, your parcel will be returned and you will be charged return shipping and a £4 admin fee.

If you choose a Safe Place, it is entirely at your own risk. Royal Mail may also choose a Safeplace if no one is available to receive the parcel.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unused, unsealed items in their original condition may be returned within 14 calendar days.

Used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Tamper seals and packaging must be fully intact

Yes. Email info@sessionkit.com before sending any items back. Returns without approval may incur handling charges.

If you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund your original shipping and reasonable return costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Banks may take 3–5 working days to credit your account. A £3 returns handling fee applies unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Mark all returns clearly as “RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE” to avoid customs rejection.

SESSION KIT EDUCATION (COURSES)

Cancellations within one month of the course start date are not refundable.

Cancellations more than one month before the start date receive a full refund.

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

No, refunds or exchanges are not available for illness-related absence.

Email us with photos and we will offer a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
