Refund policy

Returns Policy for Physical Products

Please see the ‘Education’ terms and conditions below for information regarding cancellation of course places.

If you are unsatisfied with any products you have ordered, please follow the returns procedure outlined below.

If You’ve Changed Your Mind

  • We will accept unused, unsealed items in their original packaging and condition.
  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days for a refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, items will not be accepted if they have been opened or used. All tamper-resistant seals, packaging and cellophane must remain intact.
  • If you choose to return items for any reason other than damaged or incorrect goods, delivery charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please email us at info@sessionkit.com explaining why you are returning the item before dispatching any goods to us. Approved returns will receive a returns authorisation. Returns sent without approval may incur handling charges.

Please obtain and retain proof of postage for all returns. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If the Products Are Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect

  • If the product(s) do not match the description or the items listed in your ‘Order Shipped’ email.
  • If the product(s) are damaged in transit or faulty upon receipt.

We will provide either a replacement or a full refund (including original delivery costs) and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that appear used or do not meet our criteria.

Email info@sessionkit.com before returning any items. Unapproved returns may incur handling charges.

Returning the Product

Once approved, please send your return to:

Ensure the parcel is sealed securely and retain proof of postage.

Processing the Refund

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days. After processing, card providers may take 3–5 working days to credit your account.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A £3.00 returns handling charge applies to all refunds except when goods were faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds cannot be issued until products are received and inspected.

If returned goods appear used, no refund will be issued, and you must arrange collection within 28 days of notification.

International Returns

Contact us before returning items from overseas. All parcels must be marked as:

RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE

Failure to mark this may result in customs refusal.

You may be able to reclaim import duties from your local customs authority using proof of duty paid and proof of export.

Session Kit Education Courses — Refunds

  • No refund for cancellations within one calendar month of course start date.
  • Full refund for cancellations made more than one calendar month before the start date.
  • If we cancel the course, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
