Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and FAQs, which provide further information about our products, delivery, returns and use of personal information.

These Terms & Conditions are written for consumers purchasing products or services for personal use. If you wish to purchase in quantities suggesting resale or commercial use, please contact us at info@sessionkit.com before placing your order. We may accept, decline, or apply different conditions to such orders at our discretion.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You must not:
-
use the Website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
-
interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Website or its servers;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
-
copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions;
-
use the Website to transmit or distribute malicious software or other harmful material;
-
create misleading or deceptive links to the Website; or
-
use the Website in a way that could reasonably damage the reputation of Session Kit.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
3. Products and Services
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, colours and other visual details may vary depending on your device or screen. Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide unless expressly stated otherwise.
For services, we take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions of the service, including information about the course content, date, duration, location and other material characteristics, are accurate.
If you are unsure about the suitability or sizing of a product, please contact us at info@sessionkit.com before placing your order.
4. Placing an Order
You can place an order by selecting the products or services you wish to purchase and following the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct any errors in your order.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services selected at the price shown at checkout.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may decline an order where, for example:
-
a product or service is unavailable;
-
there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
-
we are unable to deliver a product to the address provided;
-
we are unable to provide a service on the advertised terms; or
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Where we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment that has already been taken for the affected items or services.
5. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it (“Order Confirmation”). This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
For products, your order is accepted when we send you confirmation that the relevant products have been dispatched (“Shipping Confirmation”).
Once we have accepted your order, a contract between you and Session Kit is formed for the products or services specified in the Shipping Confirmation email. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate contact information to enable you to receive these notifications.
Information Society Services
In accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, we confirm that:
-
contracts may be concluded in the English language only;
-
the steps required to place an order are set out in Section 4;
-
you may review and correct input errors in your order at any point before submitting it, as described in Section 4;
-
a copy of your Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide, and you should retain this for your records; and
-
these Terms & Conditions are not filed with any third party and are not subject to any code of conduct beyond what is stated on the Website.
6. Prices and Payment
The price of each product or service is the price displayed on the Website at the time you place your order.
For UK orders, prices include VAT where applicable. UK VAT is not charged on international orders. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
Prices and delivery charges may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
We generally accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Available payment methods may vary.
Payment must be made through the checkout process.
Your payment provider may carry out its own authorisation or security checks. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Pricing errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before your order has been accepted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
If we discover an error after your order has been accepted, we will contact you and explain the available options. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
7. Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or other discounts.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:
-
may only be used during the period specified;
-
may only be used for the products or services specified in the relevant promotion;
-
may be subject to minimum spend or other conditions;
-
cannot be exchanged for cash; and
-
cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where there has been an obvious error or where the promotion has been used improperly. This will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
8. Delivery of Physical Products
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on a UK working day on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will generally be dispatched on the next UK working day. These are estimated dispatch times and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
Orders are normally sent using a tracked delivery service.
Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
If you provide an incorrect address, you should contact us as soon as possible. Due to the speed at which our orders are dispatched, it may not always be possible to change this. Where additional delivery costs arise because an incorrect address was provided or an agreed delivery arrangement was not followed, we may ask you to pay reasonable additional costs where permitted by law.
If a delivery cannot be completed, please follow the carrier’s instructions regarding redelivery or collection. You will receive tracking information for your order in your Order Shipped email.
We currently ship internationally. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with any import requirements applicable to the destination country. Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes or other charges payable on arrival are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For further information, please see our Shipping Policy.
9. Cancellation – Your Right to Change Your Mind
If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
For an order consisting of goods, the 14-day cancellation period normally begins on the day after you receive the goods. If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period normally runs from the day after you receive the last goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel. You can contact us at info@sessionkit.com or use the dedicated form accessed through your User Profile on the Website.
Once you tell us that you are cancelling, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days.
Unless the goods are faulty or otherwise covered by a statutory remedy, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation.
You are entitled to inspect the goods in the same way that you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a shop. If you handle or use the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value. For change-of-mind cancellations, all packaging and cellophane must remain intact and unopened.
Where you validly cancel an order, we will refund the payments due to you.
We will normally issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
Services
If you are a consumer purchasing a service from us online, you may have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days of purchase, unless an exception to that right applies.
Some services may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right. For example, services that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period may be excluded. Where a cancellation right applies, we will provide the information required by law.
If you ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the cancellation period has ended. If you subsequently cancel, you may be required to pay for the service supplied up to the point at which you tell us that you wish to cancel, in proportion to the service already provided.
Where a service has been fully provided during the cancellation period at your request, you may no longer have a right to cancel.
10. Returns and Refunds
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not comply with your legal rights, please contact us at info@sessionkit.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or a description of the issue to help us assess the problem quickly.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Where a refund is legally due because goods are faulty or otherwise do not comply with your statutory rights, we will also handle applicable delivery and return costs in accordance with the law.
If you have an issue with a service, please contact us at info@sessionkit.com as soon as reasonably possible. We will work with you to understand the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Our Refund Policy explains the practical process for returning products and obtaining refunds.
For courses and other services, any cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, late-arrival or other service-specific terms displayed on the relevant service page or at checkout form part of the contract between you and us. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a service-specific term, the service-specific term will apply to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
In particular, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and, where no specific time or price has been agreed, within a reasonable time and for a reasonable charge.
These rights apply in addition to any other rights you may have under these Terms & Conditions.
12. User Reviews
The Website may allow customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content (“User Contributions”).
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Contributions are lawful and do not:
-
contain defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, obscene or otherwise unlawful material;
-
infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
-
impersonate another person or falsely suggest an affiliation with another person or organisation;
-
contain misleading or deceptive information;
-
promote unlawful activity; or
-
contain malicious software or other harmful material.
You retain ownership of your User Contributions. By submitting a User Contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content in connection with operating, promoting and improving the Website and our business.
We may remove or refuse to publish User Contributions that we reasonably consider to breach these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
We do not guarantee that every User Contribution will be reviewed before publication.
13. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, photographs, images, videos, designs, logos and other materials (“Content”), are owned by or licensed to Session Kit or our licensors.
You may view the Website and print or download reasonable extracts of Content for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of placing or managing an order with Session Kit.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
-
reproduce any part of the Website or its Content;
-
modify or create derivative works from our Content;
-
distribute or commercially exploit our Content;
-
use our trademarks or branding;
-
systematically download or store Website Content; or
-
reproduce the Website or any substantial part of it on another website or service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
14. Website Content and Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may change, update or remove Website Content from time to time.
Information on the Website is provided for general information and should not be treated as professional or specialist advice.
15. External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Session Kit.
We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.
You should review the terms and privacy policies applicable to any third-party website or service you use.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We do not accept responsibility for losses that:
-
were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed;
-
arise solely from your failure to follow reasonable instructions provided with a product or service; or
-
result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.
Except for the losses referred to above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a single order – whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise – will not exceed the total price paid by you for the products or services under that order.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or systems that we do not control.
17. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will apply from the date they are published on the Website and will not retrospectively change the terms of a contract that we have already accepted.
The version of the Terms & Conditions that applied when you placed your order will apply to that order.
We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information provided to us through the Website.
Please read our Privacy Policy before using the Website or placing an order.
20. Complaints and Contact
If you have a question, complaint or concern about an order, product, service or these Terms & Conditions, please contact us at info@sessionkit.com
We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours, although some issues may take longer to resolve.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and us are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also have the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of the country in which you live. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents you from relying on those protections.
Where permitted by law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your contract with us.
