Dispatch of Your Order

Dispatch times vary based on availability. We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days.

Delivery timeframes (24 or 48 hour services) apply from the time of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Safe Place Delivery

Session Kit cannot be held responsible for items left in a safe place. Choose only secure, non-public options such as a neighbour or reception desk.

From September 2022, if no recipient is available, Royal Mail may leave parcels in a Safeplace if deemed suitable. A “Something For You” card will be left.

If no suitable Safeplace is found, parcels are returned to a local Customer Service Point.

We offer delivery within the UK and to many international locations.

Delivery charges are subject to change and not final until noted in your ‘Order Shipped’ email.

USA Shipping (2025 New Tax Policy)

We now ship to the USA. Evri will handle all customs and import duties upon arrival in the U.S.

How It Works

1. Place your order as usual.
2. Evri will contact you when your parcel arrives in the U.S. with the tax amount due.
3. Pay promptly to release your parcel.

If unpaid, parcels return to the UK. Returns incur shipping costs plus a £4 admin fee.

About the 10% “Trump Tax” Tariff

• Most UK exports now incur a 10% tariff.
• This is charged in addition to regular U.S. customs duty (0–5%).
• Small-value exemptions have been removed; most parcels incur duties.
• UK VAT is not charged to U.S. customers.
