We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Please place your order by 3pm on weekdays for same-day dispatch.

International Taxes & Customs
Customers outside the UK are not charged UK VAT. However, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties and customs charges required by the destination country. Your courier may contact you for payment before your parcel can be delivered.
Customs processing times vary by country and may affect your delivery timeframe. Please monitor your tracking information for updates.
International shipping prices shown above are starting rates and are calculated according to the weight of your order.
Delivery charges are subject to change and are only confirmed in your Order Shipped email.
Dispatching Your Order
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our warehouse in the UK. For same day dispatch, please place your order before 3pm. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not working days.
- You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only service for which Saturday delivery is guaranteed.
- All other delivery services are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.
- All orders are fully tracked. Tracking details will be included in your Order Shipped email.
- You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and arranging redelivery or collection if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

Please note that parcels returned to us because collection or redelivery was not arranged promptly may incur additional handling charges.
Safeplace Delivery
If no recipient is available, Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a Safeplace if one is considered suitable. A "Something for You" card will be left to confirm where your parcel has been delivered.
Session Kit cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to a customer-approved Safeplace. Please only select secure, non-public locations, such as a trusted neighbour or a staffed reception desk.
If no suitable Safeplace is available, your parcel will be taken to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point for collection.
United States Shipping Information
We ship to the USA. Evri will handle all customs and import duties upon arrival in the U.S.
How It Works
- Place your order as usual.
- Evri will contact you when your parcel arrives in the U.S. with the tax amount due.
- Pay promptly to release your parcel.
- If payment is not received, your parcel will be returned to the UK. Returned parcels incur return shipping costs plus a £4 administration fee.
About the 10% U.S. Import Tariff
- Most UK exports to the U.S. now incur a 10% import tariff.
- This is charged in addition to any applicable U.S. customs duties (typically 0–5%).
- Small-value exemptions have been removed, meaning most parcels are now subject to duties.
- UK VAT is not charged on orders shipped to the United States.
